2026 Red River Rendezvous

Meet and Greet - Thursday 7:00PM to 10:30PM
Join us for a casual evening to meet fellow attendees and kick off the event. It will be held at the Selkirk Golf and Country Club, a short drive from the host hotel. Finger food will be provided. Cash bar available.
Friday Morning Tours - Friday 8:30AM to 1:00PM
Choose from three guided tour options for Friday morning. Tour participants will gather at the host hotel at 8:30AM and depart at 9:00AM. Tours will return by approximately 1:00PM. Maps will be provided for your convenience. Car pooling is encouraged and can be arranged at the Event Registration Desk.
Aviation Museum: A guided tour of the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada. After a ~45 minute drive from the host hotel to the museum, guides will lead you through the aircraft displays, including early bush planes, experimental aircraft, Cold War jets, and more. Gimli Tour: A guided tour of the lakeside town of Gimli. After a ~50 minute drive from the host hotel to Gimli, a Rendezvous volunteer will lead you through art installations, gift shops, and the waterfront. For more info on Gimli visit their website: https://www.gimli.ca/p/visiting-gimli
Lower Fort Garry: A guided tour of Lower Fort Garry, a historic Hudson's Bay Company fur trade post built in 1830. After a ~10 minute drive from the host hotel to the fort, a Rendezvous volunteer will lead you through the historic buildings and exhibits. For more info on the fort visit their website: https://parks.canada.ca/lhn-nhs/mb/fortgarry Due to how close the fort is to the host hotel, times for this tour are meet at 9:00AM and depart at 9:30AM.

Afternoon Activities - Friday 1:00PM to 4:00PM
After the morning tours, attendees are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities taking place in the hotel parking lot, including Pit Stop Challenges and Valve Cover Races. Picnic in the Park - Friday 6:00PM to 8:00PM
Join us at the Selkirk Park for a picnic supper and social gathering. Challenge friends, new and old, to some fun picnic games, or take a stroll along the riverfront.

Poker Rally - Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM
After getting your photo taken at the starting line, follow a leisurely route through the area surrounding Selkirk, stopping at various checkpoints to collect playing cards. The best poker hand at the end wins!
Charity Car Show - Saturday 1:00PM to 4:00PM
After cleaning up your pride and joy after the Poker Rally, head across town to the waterfront boardwalk for the Charity Car Show. Display your vehicle to the public and enjoy the company your fellow event attendees.
Award Banquet - Saturday 5:30PM to ?????
Cocktails at 5:30PM, dinner at 6:30PM. Location is the Selkirk Golf and Country Club.
Note: Seating is limited to 200 guests — register early to avoid disappointment!
